Cafe Cornerstone is available for functions of all kinds - birthdays, celebrations, work get-togethers and more.

Cafe Cornerstone offers several event options. The cafe seats 60 guests indoors, 16 outdoors, and includes 4 lounge chairs. A large event hall is also attached to the cafe and can be booked separately.

  • Open the cafe with a selected menu, allowing guests to pay individually or choose a set menu as part of an event package.
  • Host a sit-down dinner with an à la carte or degustation menu.
  • Offer a customised buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or afternoon tea.
  • Choose from our range of platters.

Our Story

Rooted in Windsor since 2015

Tucked into a heritage streetscape on Macquarie Street, Cafe Cornerstone has been Windsor's local gathering place for the better part of a decade. We're big on properly made coffee, unhurried mornings and celebrating the flora and fauna that make this stretch of the Hawkesbury so special — cheeky cockatoos, superb blue wrens, and gum blossom in the garden beds out front.

Whether you're grabbing a takeaway flat white on the way through town, walking the dog, or bringing the kids in for pancakes on a Sunday, you'll always find a warm welcome and a familiar face here at the Cornerstone.

Claire

Owner

Claire has lived in the Hawkesbury and Hills area for 25 years and deeply appreciates what makes this local community such a distinctive part of Sydney's heritage.

With two adult children, a farm, and a long career in finance and IT behind her, Claire was ready for a change. Cafe Cornerstone offered the perfect opportunity to connect with people in a relaxed setting.

Cafe Cornerstone provides a unique experience where customers can enjoy a range of services catering for cafe dining, takeaway, catering and the ability to host onsite events.

It's a pleasure to work with our professional, enthusiastic young team as we pursue growth, deliver excellent food and customer service, and embrace Hawkesbury culture to connect with our regulars and visitors.

Hugo

Chef

Hugo is a young chef with a passion for fresh, local ingredients and creative cooking. He began his apprenticeship at 16 and has since gained experience across a range of restaurants and cafés, both in Sydney and locally in the Hawkesbury.

He loves experimenting with unique ideas and pushing himself to continually grow and develop his craft. For Hugo, cooking is about more than just the food — it's about creating an experience, from the atmosphere and environment to the moment a guest tastes the dish.

Most importantly, he loves seeing people enjoy his food and knowing he's helped create a positive and memorable experience for them.

Alex

Chef

Alex is a 27-year-old passionate chef who has had a love for cooking from a young age. What started as a passion in the kitchen has grown into a true career and a way for him to express his creativity, dedication and love for food.

He's always striving to learn, improve and create memorable dishes that bring people together.
